ROOMS TO LET TEMPORARY ART SPACE 2018 in SLAVIC VILLAGE!

Each year, hundreds of vacant, foreclosed and abandoned homes in Cleveland are demolished to relieve tax burden and make our city safer. A group of artists in Slavic Village saw this moment of transformation as an opportunity to celebrate our history and welcome our next chapter by giving these homes a grand farewell. Five years later, ROOMS TO LET has become the largest temporary art event in all of Northeast Ohio.

In the summer of 2018, artists will create installations, led by curators: TBD. The installations will be open to the public for one weekend only; following the event the homes are slated for demolition.

ATTEND FOR FREE: Check-in at the ROOMS TO LET hub location is TBD. The event is open from 12pm -5pm on July 28-29 to receive a wristband for free access to the entire event.

Rooms To Let: CLE is supported in part by the residents of Cuyahoga County through a public grant from Cuyahoga Arts & Culture. And in partnership with the Cuyahoga Land Bank and Neighborhood Connections.
